How to Log onto the Intranet Page for CLC

The login boxes below are based on a Windows XP operating system. If you have anything other than Windows XP off campus, your log in box will look different than the ones below. For any operating system, you need only be concerned with the ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’ fields.

Note: If there is a ‘Domain’ field, leave it blank. If there is NOT a ‘Domain’ field, do not worry. It is not necessary.

Note: The ‘\’ used when logging on is located left of the backspace key on your keyboard.

Accessing Intranet Page From On Campus:
1. Go to http://clcweb/

2. Click on the link titled ‘CLC Intranet’

3. You should have access without logging in. If you are prompted to login, enter your username as CLCILLINOIS\userid, where userid is your Windows login id. Enter your network (i.e. email) password.

Accessing Intranet Page From Off Campus:

1. Go to http://clcweb.clcillinois.edu/

2. The screen will appear as below

3. Click on the link ‘CLC Intranet’ link

4. When prompted to login, there are a couple of ways to enter your username and password:

a) CLCILLINOIS\userid -- where userid is your Windows (a.k.a email) login id. Enter your network (i.e email) password.

If your id has prefix of letters in it If your id is your first initial last name

b) userid@clcillinois.edu -- where this is your full email address. Enter your network (i.e. email) password.

If your id has prefix of in it If your id is your first initial last name

Note: If you check the "Remember my password" checkbox, the next time you access the page, the login prompt will look like that below.
