Extensive experience in career, academic and personal counseling. Instructor in human development courses. Particular areas of expertise include: test and speech anxiety reduction, study skills, career development. Developed hybrid course for the reduction of test anxiety.

Supervised and Managed an office of 10 professional counselors in a comprehensive center that offered: academic counseling, career counseling, personal and developmental counseling. Curriculum responsibility included supervising the personal and human development courses. In addition to office responsibility provided consultations for: College faculty and administrative staff on student development needs, area schools and agencies on career and personal development issues.
