What you eat dramatically effects performance in school. Keep track of what you eat for a week and see what happens.

Your attitudes and beliefs can help or distract you from concentrating during a test.

Sample Study Calendar.

Just writing down assignments in a planner or on a calendar helps keep you calm. Break down those assignments into small achieveable pieces.

Look at a variety of Powerpoint Presentations Prepared by Dr. Ross for his PDS 120 "Becoming a Successful Student" Class.
