Timeline for International Field Study Course Proposals
All efforts should be made to submit an international field study course proposal as early as possible. If approved, an international field study course must be advertised in at least one printed schedule (fall, spring, or summer). The deadlines listed below will meet this minimum requirement. Should a proposal be submitted earlier, the field study course may be included in up to three (3) printed class schedules.
Winter Session Trips (December – January)

Dean submits packet to Educational Affairs Council for review. |
April 15 |
Status letters sent to faculty documenting approval or denial. |
May 1 |
Advertising for printed Fall schedule finalized. |
